I am celiac, which means that I can't eat or touch any gluten. This was a bit of a problem because both materials we were working with had gluten in them.
I wished I could help Adam, Blake and Luca construct the tower, but I couldn't touch the pasta or marshmallows because of gluten.
My team's plans were really good but very in depth and complicated. We found it hard to create our tower in only 20 minutes, by the time the stopwatch went off, we had only just finished the foundations.
I would have enjoyed the challenge much more if I could have helped construct it. It must have been harder for my team with only three people instead of four.
