Here is a link to a video of one of my favourite line dances that Sheppard have been practicing in preparation for the Year 7 Social at the end of the term.
Here is an explanation of the steps...
- 1, leap forward
- 2, leap to the right
- 3, leap backwards
- 4, leap to the left
- Repeat
- Leap to the left,
- eap to the right
- Repeat
- swing your arms in the air while walking backwards to your starting point.
- Swoosh your arms to the left while moving around in a square on the spot.
- Repeat the Dance
